Josue De Paula, OF, Dodgers: De Paula has ascended to the top of the Dodgers' system and now ranks as the No. 4 prospect in baseball. In 2026, De Paula has married his advanced hitting ability with real game power. He had a huge night Wednesday, going 4-for-5 with two homers, four RBIs, four runs and a whopping 11 total bases for Double-A Tulsa. De Paula has arguably the best combination of hit tool, approach and power in the minor leagues.
Christian Zazueta, RHP, Dodgers: One of the biggest risers in our most recent Top 100 update, Zazueta continued his stellar season on Wednesday in the same game for Double-A Tulsa. The righthander tossed four innings, allowing one run on four hits and a walk, while striking out eight. The Dodgers acquired Zazueta from the Yankees for Caleb Ferguson in February of 2024. Zazueta has an outlier combination of power and flat vertical approach angle that makes his fastball nearly impossible to barrel.
Charlie Condon, OF, Rockies: Over the last month, Condon has been on fire. After launching two home runs on Wednesday, Condon has hit five home runs over his last three games. He hit 10 home runs in June as he continues a breakout campaign with Triple-A Albuquerque. Condon has plus-plus power, strong on-base skills and enough feel to hit to consistently tap into his power in games.
Eric Hartman, OF, Braves: There's no player in the minor leagues who has raised his stock quite like Hartman. On Wednesday night, Hartman's dream season continued as he hit his 20th home run of the year. Over 71 games with High-A Rome, Hartman is hitting .294/.360/.563 with 20 home runs and 30 stolen bases. The hyper-athletic outfielder pairs serious power with 70-grade speed, giving him an extremely high-upside tool set.
Jesús Báez, SS, Cardinals: After a somewhat underwhelming start to the season, Báez appears to have found another gear following his recent promotion to Double-A. On Wednesday, Báez went 2-for-4 with two home runs and has now hit four home runs over his last three games. Báez pairs an aggressive approach at the plate with strong contact skills and power. As the weather heats up, it looks like he may be turning a corner.
Ryan Lasko, OF, Athletics: Lasko is in stable condition after having spinal decompression and stabilization surgery to repair a C6-C7 vertebra fracture. Lasko sustained the injury in an outfield collision on Tuesday with Double-A teammate Devin Taylor after both players dove for a ball in the gap. Lasko has lost feeling in the lower half of his body, according to A's manager Mark Kotsay, who told the media Wednesday that doctors have not ruled out feeling returning once the swelling in his spine subsides.
“The positive in the statement from the doctor is that there is not a definitive statement saying he’s not going to regain feeling in his lower half,” Kotsay said. “We send prayers to him, to his family, to his teammate, and the team, really. This is a trying and emotional time for them. We need to be there to support them, and I know we are. (A’s director of player development) Ed Sprague flew down this morning. Lasko’s family was with him there. All the teammates are going to go visit him at some point and show support.”
Lasko, 24, was a second-round pick in 2023.

Baseball America Helium Pick Of The Day
Each day, we’ll pick a prospect that has our attention.
Alejandro Rivera, RHP, Guardians: Baseball America flagged Rivera as a pitcher to watch in the Dominican Summer League in 2025, and he's carried his momentum into the Arizona Complex League. He's easily the top arm on Cleveland's ACL squad, using a low-90s fastball, nasty changeup and improved slider to pound the zone and make mincemeat out of opposing hitters. He's not the most physical pitcher in the world, so there are questions about how he'll hold up in a rotation, but he's in an organization known for coaxing the best out of its arm talent.

Prospect news and notes from around baseball…
Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer belted two more homers Wednesday for Double-A Biloxi. He now has 26 homers through 66 games between High-A and Double-A to go along with a .296/.439/.704 slash line and a 33% strikeout rate.

A’s outfielder Breyson Guedez is one of the bigger risers in their system in 2026 and he has recently started to heat up. The 18-year-old outfielder went 3-for-4 with a double on Wednesday and now has a 13-game hitting streak for Low-A Stockton, including three three-hit games in his last four starts.
