Cam Cannarella, OF, Marlins: According to a report from Fish On First Prospects, the Marlins plan to promote Cannarella to Triple-A Jacksonville. Cannarella was the No. 43 pick in the 2025 draft and has already been promoted this year after starting the season with High-A Beloit. He hit .394/.439/.577 with three home runs in 19 games with Beloit, earning a promotion to Double-A Pensacola on June 2. In Pensacola, he showed even more power, slugging nine home runs in only 34 games, while hitting .344/.453/.607. The 22-year-old currently ranks No. 7 in the Marlins system.

Roldy Brito, 2B/OF, Rockies: According to a report from Thomas Harding, the Rockies are promoting Brito to High-A Spokane. Brito recently participated in the Futures Game, where he recorded the fastest run time of any player. He’s been one of the best players on Low-A Fresno this year, hitting .327/.390/.506 with eight home runs and 18 steals. Brito currently ranks as the No. 2 prospect in the Rockies’ system and inside Baseball America’s Top 100.

Josh Owens, TWP, Rangers: It only took the Rangers shortstop/second baseman and righthanded pitcher one swing to do his damage in the Arizona Complex League on Thursday, as he hit a grand slam in the second inning, his eighth home run of the season. Overall, he reached base three times via that one hit, a walk and a hit by pitch. A true two-way player, Owens is now hitting .260/.356..480 in 46 games and on the mound, has a 1.96 ERA in 18.1 innings with 22 strikeouts and seven walks.

Ty Harvey, C, Padres: Harvey homered in his first game on a rehab assignment on Thursday in the Arizona Complex League. The 19-year-old has been out since late May after suffering a broken hand. Prior to his injury, Harvey was hitting .340/.466/.447 for Low-A Lake Elsinore. He was originally selected in the fifth-round of the 2025 draft, but signed for a well-over-slot bonus of $1.5 million.

Aidan West, SS, Dodgers: In his third game back after missing over six weeks with a broken finger on his right hand, West had the best game of his professional career, going 5-for-5. All of West’s hits were singles, but he drove in four runs and scored two during the Arizona Complex League Dodgers’ 16-7 victory. West is now hitting .328/.403/.607 in 18 games this season. He was originally selected by the Dodgers in the fourth round of the 2025 draft out of the Maryland high school ranks.

Francisco Renteria, OF, Phillies

Renteria ranks near the top of the Phillies system already, just months after becoming the centerpiece of their most recent international signing class. The 17-year-old has premier athleticism and big-time power, which gives him a chance to stay in center field and provide value on both sides of the ball. In 31 games, Renteria has produced 11 extra-base hits—including four home runs—and has stolen 16 bags in 17 tries. His thump doesn’t come cheap, either. Renteria’s 90th percentile sits around 105 mph, and his best bolt of the year reached 113 mph.
