Josue De Paula, OF, Dodgers: If you go to a Great Lakes Loons game, you're likely to see an outfielder put on a show. On Tuesday, De Paula took center stage. The powerful lefty swinger finished the day with three hits, including his eighth home run of the year. He also added a walk, giving him four times on base before the game had concluded. The longball boosted De Paula into a four-way tie atop the Midwest League and pulled him within five total bases of teammate Zyhir Hope for the league lead.

Caleb Bonemer, SS, White Sox: Fresh off his addition to BA's Top 100 Prospects list, Bonemer kept on raking at Low-A Kannapolis. On Tuesday, the shortstop drove in all three runs in his team's shutout victory over Charleston. Overall, Bonemer went 3-for-4 with a double, a home run and a walk. He also stole his 14th base of the year.

Tink Hence, RHP, Cardinals: Hence took the next steps on the road to St. Louis on Tuesday by making a rehab start for Low-A Palm Beach. The righthander, who is working his way back from a strained rib cage muscle, went 1.2 shutout innings against St. Lucie. He allowed three hits, walked a pair and struck out one. Hence brought his fastball up to 96 mph and got two swings and misses before yielding to the bullpen.

Jefferson Rojas, SS, Cubs: Rojas has had a heck of a month. So far in the season's second month, Rojas, a little more than a month past his 20th birthday, has put together the following slash line: .341/.424/.588 with four doubles, three home runs and 11 RBIs. He also has four triples, which is double the total he had entering Tuesday. Both of his hits on the evening went for three bases, and he also scored once in his team's loss to Quad Cities.

Kyle Teel, C, White Sox: Teel has quietly put together one of the season's more impressive streaks. A trade import from Boston in the deal that led lefty Garrett Crochet to change his Sox, Teel has been on base in 33 straight games stretching back to April 10. The streak grew on Tuesday, when Teel went 2-for-5 with a double in Charlotte's loss to Buffalo. The day also added another notch to Teel's 19-game hitting streak.

Baseball America Helium Pick Of The Day

Each day, we’ll pick a prospect that has our attention.

Ryan Ritter, SS, Rockies: Ritter is in the midst of an epic hot streak. The Rockies infielder ranked fourth on this week’s Hot Sheet after blasting three home runs on Sunday for Triple-A Albuquerque. He hit two more homers on Tuesday, bringing his season total to 14 longballs through his first 46 games in Triple-A. Ritter’s contact and swing decisions were already trending up in 2025. Opportunity is aplenty in Colorado’s infield outside of shortstop Ezequiel Tovar—even if the club curiously signed Orlando Arcia—and Ritter figures to get a look in the majors at some point this season.
